"What does it mean to be an inclusive leader?"
In a world of dynamic change, global social upheaval and enhanced inequalities, what does it mean to be an inclusive leader? How can we shift the paradigm from the tools companies are using today to more tangible, people-centered tools for tomorrow? This talk examines the multibillion dollar industry of antibias training and explores why it’s not working and what we can do about it. Leading today is not just about innovation, efficiency, and decision-making. More than ever, it’s about people, and unleashing the power of the people around the boardroom table. This talk will provide tangible tools to bring into your teams and give you the means to start the conversation.
