Biographie

Denis Gromb est Professor of Finance at HEC Paris où il est également titulaire de la Chair Antin I.P. Il est diplômé de l'Ecole Polytechnique où il a obtenu un doctorat en économie alors qu'il était étudiant-vistant à la London School of Economics.

Ses axes de recherche principaux sont la finance d'entreprise, la gouvernance d'entreprise, le système bancaire, l'économie des organisations et les limites à l'arbitrage. Ses articles ont été publiés dans les revues de premier plan en économie et en finance.

Denis enseigne des cours reliés à la finance d'entreprises dans differents programmes : MBA, Executive MBA, GEMM, et Executive MSc in Finance.

Par le passé, il a fait partie du corps professoral de finance au MIT (1995-2001), à la London Business School (2001-2008), et à l'INSEAD (2008-2015), et été professeur-visitant à la London School of Economics (2007-2008).
