Within HEC Executive Education, Roger Dault teaches in various short open-enrolment and custom programs for managers and executives on such themes as: strategy, organization, management and, more particularly, change management. After a career, both in France and internationally, in a large global oil company, Roger Dault started his own consulting company in strategy and management in 2001. During his career in the oil industry, he held several positions in Marketing and as Head of Business Units. More specifically, he contributed to defining and implementing a new marketing strategy for the Transport activities of BP. As Director of Clients Relationships for Europe, he also contributed to developing a customer oriented culture within this group. Among his most significant consulting assignments, Roger Dault counts: the development of a Sustainable Development strategy worldwide for a major oil company; the definition and implementation of a new strategy for an important press company in Africa or a long-term mission for the prevention of car accidents in the commercial sector. In executive education, Roger Dault teaches strategic and operational management to managers and executives in the private and public sectors. He also helps companies define their training needs to develop their managerial talents and contributes to coordinating the corresponding training initiatives.Roger Dault holds two degrees in Engineering (¿Arts et Métiers¿ and ENSPM), an MBA (IAE Paris) and an Executive MBA from HEC.
