Biography

Delphine Riccardi-Benin is graduated from HEC (PhD in Strategy and Business Policy) and Paris II- La Sorbonne (Master of Law).She first worked as a competition lawyer with law firms located in Paris (Bredin-Prat), London and Brussels (Bird & Bird).

She is now affiliate professor at HEC Paris. Her research and teaching interest focuses on strategy and business policy within the regulated industries. Her works analyze specifically the impact of the regulatory policies adopted by the independent regulators on private investors' strategic decisions. In this context, she deals with the regulatory risk associated to an entry decision and an investment decision.

She currently is an affiliate professor at HEC Paris, where she teaches competition law and economics of the regulation in masters and executive education programs, as well as in the EMBA. She also is executive director of the MSc in Strategic Management.
