Program overview
Women face unique challenges in the workplace but they also add unique value and perspective. Women executives based internationally or who lead worldwide teams encounter specific dynamics and environments. That is why HEC Paris has designed a high-impact program to help rising leaders successfully overcome these challenges.
Participants will enhance their leadership behaviors and cross-cultural communication skills, learn how to create high-performing teams, understand how to use and manage networks, and create an authentic leadership style.

Women executives in senior roles within corporate or non-profit organizations, including those overseeing teams with diverse regional backgrounds, who are actively preparing for career advancement or are new to high-level management. Women professionals within family owned businesses who are getting ready to take on leadership roles as CEOs or senior managers.
