Program Overview
HEC Paris developed a high-impact program for women leaders who are preparing to move into senior leadership roles.
Participants will enhance their leadership behaviors to successfully lead high-performing teams, leverage talent across diverse teams, and support performance and impact at the organizational level. This program will prepare women executives to accelerate their careers and effectively lead their organizations.

Senior women executives from around the globe in charge of a team from diverse regional backgrounds, preparing for the next level, or who are new to senior management. Women professionals in family businesses preparing for responsibility as CEO or senior management. Women working in non-governmental institutions.
