Biographie

Jin Wook Chang a obtenu son doctorat en comportement et théorie des organisations auprès de la Carnegie Mellon University, et un B.A. en économie de l’Université nationale de Séoul. Ses recherches portent sur le comportement des individus et des groupes dans les situations de concurrence et, en particulier, sur la manière dont la concurrence, à l’intérieur des groupes et entre eux, affecte la manière dont les membres du groupe utilisent leurs connaissances et leurs opinions. Son travail a été publié dans des revues telles que Organizational Behavior et Human Decision Processes et le Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, et reconnu comme meilleur article ou publication de l’Academy of Management and Interdisciplinary Network for Group Research conferences. Il a siégé au comité de rédaction Small Group Research, et il est membre de l’Academy of Management and Interdisciplinary Network for Group Research, et de l’Association for Psychological Science.
