LEARNING METHODS
Our pedagogy draws inspiration in the participants' lived experiences in the present moment (practical exercises carried out in sub-groups or in a 'fishbowl' setting). We also harness the power of collective intelligence and group dynamics, both within the cohort and through self-help groups, to facilitate learning, foster solidarity, and encourage self-awareness.
Conceptual input is provided through co-facilitation, ensuring a collaborative learning environment. Throughout the program, participants will progressively develop an individual project, supported by personalized guidance and culminating in a two-step certification process.
