Program overview

This module allows you to build a toolbox for management control. From cost analysis (variable/fixed, direct/indirect) to budgetary control, including dashboards, variance analysis, and break-even analysis. Participants learn how to measure performance, combine multiple methods and indicators to better understand it, and adjust their approach based on the context and strategy of their organization.

The program is aimed at:

Finance Directors; Controllers; Management Accountants; Legal professionals; Project Managers; Bankers;Consultants; Finance professionals with at least 5 to 10 years of experience.

Prerequisites:

Master's degree level 1 or level 2; Good knowledge of the business world (start-ups, SMEs, ETIs, or large companies); First experience in team management; Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level, calculations, formulas, and functions).
