Finally, you’ll design your own leader coach strategy for immediate implementation in your context. The program is anchored in real-world case studies and uses practical examples, making high-level concepts concrete, while rich engagement with peers and faculty enables you to apply the lessons learnt in real time. This program is designed for any leader seeking to embody a leader coach posture to support positive transformation in their organization. Those currently in, or aspiring to, positions of leadership or people management will develop their ability to promote trust, communication, and engagement in individuals and teams.
