The Leader as Coach online program in collaboration with GetSmarter equips you to embody a coach-like leadership approach that enhances trust, commitment, and communication throughout your organization. The program is aimed at : 

This program is designed for any leader seeking to embody a leader coach posture to support positive transformation in their organization. Those currently in, or aspiring to, positions of leadership or people management will develop their ability to promote trust, communication, and engagement in individuals and teams. C-suite executives, directors, senior managers, and business owners will learn how to unleash fresh energy, innovation, and commitment from their employees in the face of business disruption. Experienced coaches who already work with leaders within a company will gain practical tools for supporting high levels of organizational change. Prerequisites

Professionals seeking to update their leadership style for a changing world; Directors, executives, entrepreneurs, and senior managers; Internal coaches; External coaches and consultants. As this is not a formal coaching qualification, no prior experience or extensive time commitment is required.
