Program overview

We live in an increasingly diverse and multicultural world – in the workplace and beyond.

We interact with peers, subordinates, managers, and customers with very different backgrounds and experiences. When harnessed effectively, these differences can be the catalyst for creativity, collective intelligence and the pathway to team and organizational learning and effectiveness; but when misunderstood, these differences can challenge people’s values, performance, workplace relationships, and ultimately the leader’s effectiveness in steering the organization. This program is designed to help leaders to enhance their awareness, navigate diverse organizational settings and improve their ability to work within and lead inclusive teams and organizations. It also offers participants the opportunity to develop their reflexive thinking on topics such as identity, relationships across difference, and organizational and legal issues of inclusion.
