Youth Leadership Initiative
On campus, the HEC Paris Youth Leadership Initiative offers students the opportunity to develop their impact, leadership capacity and mindset.
Important Community Message : May 3, 2021
In view of the remaining health challenges which we face, the residential Youth Leadership Initiative will be suspended until 2022. While we regret the situation, the safety and well-being of our student body remain our utmost priority.
We invite students to join us online for the High Impact Communication Program for the summer session (July 5 – 9) or fall session (Oct 18 – 22).
We count on the opportunity to welcome you to the HEC Paris campus in 2022!
Note to enrolled Youth Leadership students: All currently registered Youth Leadership students will benefit from a program refund.

At the HEC Paris Youth Leadership Initiative, the team is dedicated to:

HEC Paris supports young adults by building transferable skills so they can transform ideas into impact. When students have the confidence to follow their passions and the skillsets needed to communicate effectively and work productively in teams, initiatives are limitless. Empowered and equipped, students have the great capacity to positively influence, inspire others and effect change.
