At the HEC Paris Youth Leadership Initiative, students will benefit from an inspiring, interactive and international environment where they strengthen their leadership skills and mindset.

Who: Motivated high-school students (15-18 yr.) from around the world who are proficient in English

What: Intensive Leadership Experience taught entirely in English

Where: HEC Paris’ 320-acre campus located just under an hour from the centre of Paris

When:  6 - 10 July 2026 - DATES to be confirmed 
(8.30am to 6.30pm daily)

Why: Develop your leadership potential, enhance your communication skills, learn to work in an international team.

Please note that all our programs are non-residential. Participants are responsible for organizing their own transport to and from the campus and their accommodation if needed. 

Our mission is to empower today’s youth to become confident and effective communicators who are self-aware, socially responsible, engaged leaders. Positive and impactful leaders are needed in schools, communities, businesses, social settings, and projects of every scale.

At the HEC Paris Youth Leadership Initiative, the team is dedicated to:

• developing students’ leadership skills, capacity and mindset
• providing support in a realistic, dynamic and meaningful manner
• creating a respectful and resourceful environment for self-discovery, growth and empowerment.

HEC Paris supports young adults by building transferable skills so they can transform ideas into impact. When students have the confidence to follow their passions and the skillsets needed to communicate effectively and work productively in teams, initiatives are limitless. Empowered and equipped, students have the great capacity to positively influence, inspire others and effect change.

The Youth Leadership Initiative taught me essential communication and leadership skills that have equipped me to become a globlal changemaker.
