Program Overview

HEC Paris and the Wharton School have combined their expertise to develop a high-impact program for women leaders who are preparing to move into senior leadership roles.

Participants will enhance their leadership behaviors to successfully lead high-performing teams, leverage talent across diverse teams, and support performance and impact at the organizational level. This program will prepare women executives to accelerate their careers and effectively lead their organizations.

Our award-winning, international team of professors from HEC Paris and the Wharton School will provide a diverse and global perspective on the most cutting-edge approaches to job crafting, cultivating executive presence, leading teams, harnessing organizational culture, managing crises, and designing forward-looking organizational strategy.
