The professors and doctoral students of the department of Management and Human Resources investigate a wide range of topics pertaining to organizational theory, organizational behavior, human resources, cross-cultural and international business, social responsibility, philanthropy and managerial cognition. Their research has appeared in leading management, psychology and sociology journals.
The department is home to more than 12 professors and 6 Ph.D students.
The diversity of theoretical and empirical approaches of the faculty members is a trademark of the department’s research ethos.
Department members are also actively engaged in the teaching of leadership, organizational design, organizational change and development, negotiations, social networks, social action, ethics and international business in the various programs of HEC.
The department maintains close ties with local and international business communities through numerous research projects, active consulting, coaching, board memberships and press contributions.
