Marc founded and manages Inis alga, an international coaching firm, present in 6 countries, which combines analytical and creative profiles to accompany the rational and emotional dimension of transformations. He provides Senior Managers and Strategic Executives with the support to unleash their potential and helps Management Committees and Organizations to capitalize on collective intelligence. He actively promotes both performance and a good inter-relational climate, high standards and benevolence. His approach focuses on ‘placing people center stage in organizations': how the individual or the group manages to adapt to an ever-changing environment, while preserving its integrity (values, drivers, convictions, and dreams).

After his military service in the French Navy as an Officer (confidential defense clearance), Marc held managerial positions in Finance within large international groups (Nomura Securities in Tokyo, Arthur Andersen, LVMH, and Bacardi Martini). He then decided to focus exclusively on people.

A graduate of ESCP (1989), Marc Beretta is a certified MBTI® (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), Experience Change® and LVI® practitioner. He has also been trained in psychology (Transactional Analysis). He organized and took part in a polar expedition in Greenland and has been practicing martial arts (karate) for 30 years. Marc has been practicing meditation since 2006 and is a level 1 MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) instructor.

He firmly believes that small changes can make a big difference.
