Program Overview

 

Organizations are currently undergoing profound, rapid and continuous change. Companies are no longer just a source of profit, they are also the focal point of unprecedented environmental, technological, economic, social, and human changes, which they must take into account in order to meet the new requirements of sustainability.

This major is aimed at managers and executives who are in charge of transformation projects and who will have to meet the major challenges of the future, manage change, modernize organizations, and reinvent ways to collaborate in order to achieve greater economic, societal, and environmental efficiency.

Program Structure

 

Comprising 3 Executive Certificates:

  • MUST Strategic Unit Management (common certificate for all Majors)
  • Strategizing sustainable business transformation
  • Piloter la transformation vers le développement durable

The program concludes with the drafting and defense of a professional thesis, with the guidance of a tutor from HEC Paris. 

Exclusive Feature of the Major:

A bilingual French/English program that offers a unique study trip to Sweden in partnership with the Stockholm School of Economics.
