Beatrice d’Hombres, Researcher & Policy Analyst at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, will present her work on “Social media use, loneliness and emotional distress among young people in Europe”.

Yann Algan, Professor of Economics at HEC Paris, will talk about “Emotions and Policy Views,” examining how social media amplify emotions and subsequently distort attitudes
