Our Custom Programs
HEC Paris designs tailor-made training programs for managers in both the public and private sectors, as well as for business leaders. Each learning journey is co-created with our partners and adapted to their organizational, economic, social, political, and cultural realities.
From strategy and management to digital transformation and leadership, our expertise aligns with your priorities to bolster the upskilling of your teams.
1) Strategic Partnerships with the Banking Sector
HEC Paris is a trusted partner of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) and the Bank of Central African States (BEAC). These partnerships aim to enhance the managerial capabilities of leaders in financial and banking institutions, contributing to the harmonization of inclusive collective actions initiated by member states of the WAEMU (West African Economic and Monetary Union) and CEMAC (Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa) regions.
HEC Paris also partners with BOAD (West African Development Bank) for the rollout of a Women's Leadership Program.
With the banking sector ranking as the 4th most digitally transformed industry—following information and communication technologies, media, and professional services—The economy of tomorrow will be shaped by three major pillars: hyper-digitalization, hyper-financialization, and hyper-consolidation.
In response to these challenges, organizations must rethink their strategies and operating models through the lens of digital technologies and Big Data. HEC Paris actively supports this transformation by offering two high-impact finance programs, led by internationally recognized experts and practitioners, focusing on public and private sector financing.

2) Partnership with the Public Sector
Tailored to the challenges, context, and culture of each organization, these custom-training and support programs are built on the principles of value co-creation and skills transfer. Our teams work closely with public sector partners to effectively implement their strategies, beginning with the development of their managers' and leaders’ capabilities.
Example of a Custom Support Program for Governments
To instill a managerial culture and a performance-driven mindset within public institutions.
To foster constructive dialogue between public administrations and the private sector in order to enhance the business climate and support the economic development of nations.
Enhance the managerial capabilities of public administrations to foster a results-driven culture across all ministries, while restoring trust through a renewed focus on quality, ethics, and integrity.
Place people at the center of the administrative system, including ministry staff, service users, citizens and partners, and treat them as valued clients of public institutions.
To support public service professionals through the transformations required by modernization, in alignment with the society project defined and implemented by the Head of a State.
The training programs are designed for all public administration staff and are tailored to the different categories of employees.
They include both training sessions and awareness-raising initiatives, ensuring that each level of the administration benefits from a targeted and relevant learning approach.
Support for Public Enterprises:
In their pursuit of performance, governments are implementing training programs aimed at Board Members and General Directors of public enterprises, executive agencies, and national public institutions.
For example, HEC Paris supported the State Portfolio Department (DGPE) of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire in the implementation of a training program for leaders of state-owned enterprises and executive agencies. The program focused on topics such as good governance, managerial performance, and digital strategy.
