NAOS Lab for Leadership NAOS Lab for Leadership

In an age of cascading crises and the rise of artificial intelligence, exploring what defines the singularity of human leadership to turn complexity into action, and to strengthen leaders’ capacity to act with discernment and impact.

Manifesto

The defining challenges of our time – planetary boundaries, widening inequalities, and the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence – profoundly call into question the future of our economies and our shared humanity. They reshape our relationship to the world and to one another. They transform how we cooperate, decide, govern, and educate those in positions of responsibility.

Growing fragmentation and uncertainty, the multiplication of disruptions and crises, and the overabundance of information compel us to reinvest in the core foundations of human intelligence and action. These include the quality of attention and ability to build genuine human relationships; reflexivity and emotional intelligence; a broad intellectual culture that sustains sound judgment and moral awareness; and the capacity to think and create with nuance, singularity, and foresight.

This is why we have launched the NAOS Lab for Leadership. Its mission is to study and equip a form of leadership that is both powerful and lucid – grounded in intuition, empathy, courage, critical awareness, and discernment in the face of complexity.

Join the journey!

The crises our world is facing cannot be resolved by the same forms of leadership that have, in part, produced them. In the face of the artificial intelligence revolution, the challenge is to bring forth new forms of leadership rooted in the intelligence of the heart.
