The Language & Culture Department

The Language and Culture Department  offers courses to prepare students for an international and multicultural career.

10 languages taught in person by more than 35 instructors:

  • Mandatory and Optional language courses: English (30 hours/semester), German (18 hours/bimester), Spanish (18 hours/bimester), French as a Foreign Language (30 hours/semester).
  • Elective in-person Languages and Cultures courses (18 hours/bimester): Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian.
  • Online courses offered: Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese.
