Naos Lab pour le Leadership - EDUCATE

In a fractured and unpredictable world – saturated with information and automation – human responsibility is shifting. It now lies in what cannot be delegated: judgment, meaning, the ability to connect, to perceive, to interpret, and to decide with courage and lucidity.

At the NAOS Lab at HEC Paris, we design innovative content and learning formats to enable our students and participants to navigate this complexity. We strive to reshape mindsets and practices, fostering forms of intelligence and leadership attuned to the world ahead.

These capabilities – such as the ability to detect weak signals and decide, critical thinking, discernment, and emotional intelligence – are all the more essential as they are both transversal and enduring. Cultivating them requires enriching and creating new curricula and pedagogical formats, developing case materials, and opening up to the full breadth of management disciplines, as well as to the social sciences and the humanities.
