HEC & Asia

HEC Paris has a long-standing presence in Asia, with a strong foundation that has been established over decades. HEC Paris has opened Representative Offices in Beijing and Tokyo, formed partnerships with 30 prestigious universities across nine countries in the Asia-Pacific region, and launched renowned double degrees.

There are on average over 700 Asian students at HEC Paris every year, which represents about 27% of the overall student body. Chinese and Indian students represent the largest international groups from Asia on campus.

Student clubs such as HEC Asia and HEC Chine have been created to bring together peers from across the continent and beyond to connect, celebrate and champion Asia’s rich languages and cultural heritage.

Each year, 15% of our students head to Asia to enhance their professional profile with a hands-on international experience.

HEC Paris has etablished partnerships with 30 academic institutions in nine countries or regions over Asia:

  • 9 academic partners in Greater China (Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Hong Kong)
