Youth Programs
The HEC Paris Youth Programs are open to motivated high school students between the age of 15 and 18 years at the time of the program, and who are still in high school at the time of application.
While motivation plays the key role in applications for our 3-day Youth Programs, there are further considerations for the Youth Leadership Initiative. Please consult the specific section below for more details.
Applicants need demonstrated proficiency in the language of tuition of the program they are applying to, particularly in Speaking and Listening.
Applications will open at the beginning of March for the Summer 2026 edition of our Youth Programs. You are invited to pre-register your interest to be alerted when the application portal opens for these popular programs. We recommend applying in the weeks following notification.
For our 3-day programs, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis for eligible candidates until seats are filled. Candidates will be informed of decisions within 2 weeks of submitting their application. For the Youth Leadership Initiative, please consult the specific section below for more details.
Following successful admission to the program, families will have 14 days to confirm their place and pay their tuition fees.

The application occurs online via our application portal.
Students who have pre-registered their interest will be informed by email when the portal opens and are encouraged to submit their application in the following weeks.
All applications should be prepared by the student with the agreement of the parent/ legal guardian.
Application requirements:
- Personal identification
- Most recent school report (academic transcript)
- Motivation essay
- Justification of English fluency
This can be one of the following:
- proof of high school education taught in English
- passport from an English-speaking country
- an official recognized test such as Cambridge, IELTS, TOIEC, TOEFL or the Duolingo Online English Test
- a letter of recommendation from your English teacher, indicating your CEFR level overall and specifically in Speaking and Listening - €30 application fee payable online
Once you have confirmed your place, several documents will be required before the program starts. These include, but are not limited to, the following: parental authorization, medical form.
Participants will also be required to obtain insurance for the duration of their stay at HEC Paris. Insurance should include medical and repatriation coverage as well as personal liability.
This is a selective program for talented students seeking an immersive academic experience.

Candidates will be asked to complete several short essay questions that are designed to demonstrate their motivation, personal mindset and capacity for reflection.
The first admissions jury will be held early April and and it is recommended that motivated candidates submit their application for consideration before this first admissions jury (ie. within the month of March) to increase their chance of a successful application.
Candidates who apply before the first jury will be notified by mid-April about the status of their application. Applications will thereafter be reviewed every 2 weeks and candidates will be informed of decisions within 3 weeks of submitting their application for as long as places are available.
