You will develop a deep understanding of decision-making mechanisms, influence dynamics, and the strategies that help create value-generating agreements. Through simulations, case studies, and peer-to-peer exchanges, you will learn how to manage high-stakes negotiations, conflict situations, and multicultural environments. Guided by recognized experts, you will enhance your ability to persuade, collaborate, and achieve sustainable outcomes while preserving the quality of professional relationships.
