Prof. Julien Grand-Clément
Julien Grand-Clément completed his Ph.D. from the IEOR Department at Columbia University in 2021, and his M.Sc. from Ecole polytechnique (Paris) in 2016. He is a chairholder at the Hi! PARIS center. His research interests broadly lie at the intersection of sequential decision-making for healthcare and data-driven optimization algorithms. His latest collaborations include robust allocations of beds in intensive care units with hospitals in California and interpretable ventilator allocations guidelines with hospitals in New York City. His research articles have appeared in leading academic journals, medical and artificial intelligence conferences.
