Madhulika Kaul earned her Ph.D. in the Strategy and Business Policy Departement at HEC Paris in 2024 and is currently Assistant Professor in Strategy at Bayes Business School.
Her research examines the role of digital platforms as private regulators. Specifically, her dissertation evaluates how and why platforms choose which rules to create and enforce and the impact of these choices on platforms and their stakeholders such as individuals, firms, civil society, and regulators.
She received the Best Doctoral Thesis Award from the HEC Foundation.
