At HEC, she completed the Master in Sustainability and Social Innovation program with a focus on sustainable business strategy and ethical finance, contributing to projects that bridged data-driven financial analysis with social and environmental impact goals. Additionally, she is an alumni of The University of Texas at Austin where she graduated with a BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from the McCombs School of Business.
Her work explores how companies can embed sustainability into core financial and operational decision-making. Gina’s professional experience spans internal audit, corporate compliance, and risk assessments across sectors - from financial services to the fashion industry. She has supported organizations such as KPMG and Kering in strengthening technology controls, implementing due diligence frameworks, and aligning reporting practices with evolving regulations.
Currently based in Paris, Gina continues to advocate for integrating ESG criteria into financial models, risk assessments, and investment strategies to support the transition toward transparent, responsible, and circular business practices. Her expertise lies at the intersection of finance, governance, and sustainability to translate global frameworks into actionable insights that drive long-term value creation.
