Prof. Marie Serna
Associate Professor - Tax and Law
Marie Serna has a Ph.D. in law, and is an associate professor in the Law and Taxation Department at HEC Paris.
Professor Serna's research and teaching activities focus on Media Law as well as Intellectual Property Law. She is mostly interested in Theatre Law. She conducts consultation activities in the area of Art and Entertainment Law.
Her work was featured in media such as Radio France and The Conversation France. Marie Serna is the author of a book : "L'image des personnes physiques et des biens" (Economica). She also wrote chapters in collective works.
