Igor Shishlov is Managing Director at Perspectives Climate Group and Affiliate Professor at HEC Paris, where he has taught Climate Economics since 2015. He holds a PhD in Environmental Economics from Paris-Saclay University, a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from HEC Paris, and a degree in International Business from Saint-Petersburg State University.
