HEC Paris le Château offers clients the opportunity to organize conventions, training seminars, incentive workshops, conferences and board meetings in the heart of the countryside near Versailles.

HISTORY

This 19th century neoclassical Château with an English garden was sold in 1834 to the banker James Mallet, the husband of Laure Oberkampf. It remained the family home until 1953.

AVAILABLE SPACES

The Château can host up to 130 people. It has 12 meeting rooms and 53 bedrooms that offer everything that you need for your residential seminars.

Located in the heart of a 110 hectare park that is home to a great diversity of flora and fauna, this unique and special setting is ideal for relaxation, reflection and team-building.

All our rooms are equipped with appropriate facilities. Available to you: video projector, Wi-Fi, office supplies, refreshments, etc. Our Logistics and Reprographics team is at your service throughout the day to provide the necessary technical support and respond to your specific requests.

ACCOMMODATION

Our on-site rooms, divided into two categories, all have en suite bathrooms and free wifi.

A touch of tradition... Our 26 "Au Château" rooms, located over two floors, have been elegantly designed and furnished with traditional "toile de Jouy" fabric. Combining comfort and practicality, every room has its own unique charm and offers you a magnificent view of our park.
And a contemporary feel... Our 27 "Au bord du Lac" rooms have been recently renovated to provide you with the utmost in comfort and style. Located on the ground floor, these rooms have private access to our park and the HEC Paris Campus, offering you everything that you require for your stay.

Dinning

Our chef and their team offer a local and sustainable cuisine, sourcing fresh ingredients daily to provide a varied menu that caters to your specific dietary requirements. Lunch is served buffet-style, while dinner features a single-course plated menu.

Exclusively dedicated to hosting our Executive Education programs, this exceptional venue allows you to benefit from the full expertise of our teams to ensure the success of your event.
The 110-hectare park offers a wonderful playground for nature lovers — from a simple stroll through the forest and around the lakes to a more demanding run, with or without elevation! A pétanque court is also available, along with regulation balls for team games. You can also enjoy access to the campus gym — don’t hesitate to contact the front desk! Indoors, our lounges invite you to enjoy board games or a game of billiards. Depending on the goals of your seminar, you are welcome to organize your own activities or call on an external provider, whom we will be happy to welcome and support.

Our Location

Located just 18 km from Paris, between the A10 and N118 highways, 10 minutes from the Château de Versailles, 20 minutes from Orly Airport, and only 900 meters from the RER C train line, this exceptional location in the heart of the Bièvre Valley makes it an ideal place for exchange and reflection.
The Château is situated within the HEC Campus, where some of your training sessions may also take place. The campus is accessible on foot in about 15 minutes or by regular bus lines in just 5 minutes using your Navigo pass.
