Holding a degree from ESCP, Aude Darrou is an affiliate professor at HEC Paris and founder of the Innovation consultancy White Leaf, specialized in sustainable innovation and positive brand (www.whiteleaf.fr).
She has been working for 25 years in the field of innovation and brands, with major international groups and entrepreneurs in mass consumer and B2B domains. For more than 12 years, she has been teaching consumer & human centricity, sustainable innovation models and brands at HEC.
She is particularly interested in all aspects of marketing that interact with innovation, brands & sustainability. She helps companies grow by defining the positive role of their brands and placing their CSR commitments at the heart of their innovation. She encourages teams to develop a deep knowledge of the societal, social and environmental issues. She helps them turn this knowledge into contributing and transformative innovations. She has developed "planet and human centric" methods, inspired by circular design thinking and collective intelligence.
She is convinced that the new source of competitive advantage of companies today lies in deeply understanding social and environmental issues and answering them with desirable & responsible solutions.
