Sajjad NAJAFI

Sajjad Najafi is an Associate Professor of Information Systems and Operations Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining HEC Paris, he was a Research Fellow at Ross School of Business, the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Sajjad's current research revolves around dynamic pricing, revenue management, assortment optimization, and operations analytics in the retail and hospitality industries. 

His work has been published in top-tier journals, including Management Science, Operations Research, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management. He serves as an Associate Editor for the Decision Sciences journal and has been a Judge for the 2024 and 2025 MSOM Student Paper Competitions.
