Biography

Daniel Schmidt is Assistant Professor of Finance at HEC Paris, where he teaches Financial Economics in the "Grande Ecole" programme. He earned his Ph.D. in Finance at INSEAD (France). He graduated with honors from the University of Münster, Germany, with a Master of Sciences equivalent in Economics.

His research interests concern information dissemination in financial markets and behavioral finance.
