Elyse Michaels-Berger

Elyse Michaels-Berger is the Director of the HEC Academy, overseeing certificate-awarding programs designed to equip leaders and emerging voices worldwide with practical, forward-looking management skills. As Founder and Academic Co-Director of the Youth Leadership Initiative, she champions self-awareness and responsibility among younger generations.

Her leadership at HEC Paris includes former roles as MBA Academic Director and MBA Development Manager. She began her career as an intercultural consultant with Berlitz Cross-Cultural, supporting executives globally, and later served as a consultant at Accenture (USA), specializing in leadership development and executive coaching.

An ICF-certified coach and graduate of the HEC Paris Global Executive Coaching Program, Elyse also leads coaching and experiential learning as an equine-facilitated coach. She is the founder of Women Across Cultures, supporting women who lead across borders, and serves as President of the Princeton Alumni Association of France. She holds degrees from Princeton University, Columbia University Teachers College, and ESSEC.
