Every year, Carrefours HEC organises the school's flagship event: the HEC Career Fair. During two days, more than 150 companies meet with students on campus to discuss and offer them career opportunities (internships, jobs, first jobs...)
Les Carrefours HEC was created in 1985 and organises the largest recruitment forum on campus each year, the HEC Career Fair. It is the HEC Paris society with the biggest budget. The funds raised support the festive life of the campus but also the HEC Foundation in financing the education of scholarship students. The society aims to reinvent the career fair each year to make it an interesting and informative event.
The society organises the forum from start to finish, from prospecting to logistics, including internal and external communication. The aim of the association is also to strengthen the links between students and companies by enabling them to maintain privileged contacts with recruiters.
The Career Fair is held on the HEC campus every year at the end of January and usually lasts 2 days. It gathers over 100 large companies, 50 start-ups and about 20 companies in Corners dedicated to specific sectors.
Demanding in terms of responsibilities, the Carrefours HEC society helps its members to grow in maturity. By participating in the organisation of this forum, a major event at HEC Paris, members enjoy a unique and core experience while developing professional skills. It is also a society which, year after year, is recognised for its very positive atmosphere and the good times spent within the team.
There are 13 key members in the society which make up the board, canvassing committee, communication committee and logistics team.
