The MBA Employment report is a detailed breakdown of the HEC Paris MBA's most recent graduate employment statistics, as well as an overview of placement trends, information on key hiring companies, and the ways in which organizations can recruit from the MBA program.
2025 Employment Report Snapshot
Our Class of 2025 MBA graduates joined the prestigious ranks of HEC Paris alumni, made up of nearly 80,000 professionals from 152 countries. 75 percent of the class of 2025 accepted job offers within three months of graduation.
The Class of 2025 is made up of 49 nationalities (95 percent international). They graduated with a global mindset, ready to impact business and society, and to contribute to a more inclusive, prosperous, and sustainable world; 64 percent of our graduates secured positions outside their home countries, 57 percent switched sectors, 54 changed function, and 57 percent changed location.
A remarkable 38 percent achieved a 'double jump,' changing at least two of the three, and 22 percent changed all three. In terms of geography, 52 percent of our graduates accepted jobs in Europe, 25 percent in Asia and Oceania, 8 percent in Africa & Middle East, 11 percent in North America, and 4 percent in Latin America & the Caribbean.
Technology, Finance and Consulting remained key sectors for our graduates.
