Tailor your MBA by choosing one of seven specializations offered yearly during the MBA's Customized Phase. These advanced modules allow you to focus on a specific management skillset, developing your expertise through a “set menu” of mandatory courses which includes one “backbone” class of 36 hours and six classes of 18 hours each. Seats are limited; you will receive detailed instructions during the school year explaining how to apply.
The Strategy Specialization introduces advanced frameworks and a mix of qualitative and quantitative techniques to achieve profitable and sustainable growth in dynamic market and nonmarket environments.
Data And AI For Business Transformation
Facing an increasing number of positions requiring skills in data, this specialization opens access to this field and is for all students, including those without experience in data science, from all industries and sectors.
Sustainable And Disruptive Innovation
This specialization seeks to teach participants how to identify transformation opportunities, spot disruption, and propose informed solutions tailored to a wide range of businesses and activities.
The finance specialization builds on previously acquired knowledge and experience (most crucially in the core MBA finance courses) to provide MBA participants with in-depth insights into the world of finance, and to prepare them for their post-MBA career, in or outside the finance industry.
Designed for MBAs who want to demystify the startup process, participants in this specialization will create a business project around a disruptive technology developed by a renowned public research lab.
