Audrey Holm is an Assistant Professor in the Management & Human Resources Department at HEC Paris.
She primarily adopts an ethnographic approach to reflect on how people experience and relate to their work, organizations and occupations, with a particular interest in phenomena related to inclusion and social change.
Her research on topics such as reentry, expertise, voice, and qualitative methods has been featured in the Academy of Management Review, American Sociological Review, Academy of Management Discoveries and the Journal of Applied Psychology. She is on the Editorial Review Boards for Organization Science and Academy of Management Discoveries (incoming).
Honors include the Robert McDonald Advancement of Organizational Research Methodology Award for the 2021 Academy of Management Review paper on data analysis in qualitative methods.
She holds a PhD in Management & Organizations from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.
Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked as an operations manager, business development manager and consultant in the public transportation industry.
At HEC Paris, she teaches Organizational Behavior and the Qualitative Methods PhD Seminar.
