Livia Kalossaka

Livia Kalossaka is Head of Deep Tech Strategy and Foresight at HEC Paris/ Creative Destruction Lab. She works at the intersection of science, entrepreneurship, and systems transformation, supporting the development and commercialisation of deep-tech ventures while strengthening connections between academia and innovation ecosystems worldwide.

Trained at the Centre for Cellular Bionics at Imperial College London, she holds a PhD at the frontier of materials and bio-hybrid systems. Her experience spans research-intensive environments, startup acceleration, and cross-institutional collaboration across Europe.

Her approach combines scientific rigour with systems thinking, enabling her to bridge disciplines, cultures, and sectors. She contributes to executive education and academic programs, and regularly engages with founders, researchers, and industry leaders to translate emerging technologies into scalable, real-world impact.
