Lillian Manning
Lillian Manning is a project officer for EU-funded projects under the Horizon Europe program at the Sustainability & Organizations (S&O) Center at HEC Paris. Her work focuses on accelerating the transition to a sustainable and circular economy with a focus on renewable energy, waste management and public policy.
Lillian contributes to research in European policy for two projects: FINEX aims to accelerate the scaling and deployment of Clean Tech by connecting experimentation spaces to wider innovation ecosystems. The HarvRESt project works to advance the integration of renewable energy solutions in agriculture, helping farms become more climate-neutral while creating opportunities for sustainable rural development.
She holds an MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Circular Economy from the University of Bradford. Prior to joining HEC Paris, she worked with sustainability-focused start-ups, gaining hands-on experience in the practical challenges of bringing innovative solutions to market.
