An HEC Paris student shares her perspective on how artificial intelligence is transforming the luxury sector, and how luxury houses can embrace these technologies without losing their essence.

Following an event organized by HEC Paris with Cartier on the relationship between artificial intelligence and luxury, Cléo Koralewski, an M1 student, shares her perspective on the sector’s evolution. In her view, AI does not threaten luxury brands: creativity, emotion, and authenticity remain deeply human qualities. However, these technologies offer opportunities to improve logistics, data management, and supply chains. For Cléo, the future of luxury will involve integrating these tools while preserving the unique identity and craftsmanship that define the industry.
