Objectives
- Integrate the specific posture of an organizational coach.
- Explore the different theoretical frameworks and approaches to organizational coaching (systems thinking, organizational sociology, the collective unconscious).
- Acquire methods, tools, and techniques of organizational coaching and know how to apply them in real-life assignments.
- Be able to use diagnostic models and develop intervention scenarios tailored to the various situations of the organizations supported.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of organizations by identifying invisible processes, collective dynamics, as well as their political, symbolic, and identity-related dimensions.
- Conduct an organizational coaching assignment in a real-life context by mobilizing the knowledge acquired during the training and benefiting from educational supervision.
- Professionalize in the field of organizational coaching by being able to define a business model, assert a coaching identity, and structure a professional project.

Learning methods & Evaluations
Scheduling the teaching cycle over a period of several months is conducive to in-depth learning and gradual skills development, particularly by applying the lessons learned in an organizational context. The constant presence of the coordinating facilitator means that participants benefit from real-time adjustment and adaptation of the program content and the lecturers. Between each session, participants join a team of coaches to carry out a coaching assignment in a company, public institution or association. Each team will be coached and supervised by the program facilitators.
