Future Ready Executive Lab: AI & the Future of Work
Participate
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the way organizations create value, develop talent and make decisions. For leaders, the challenge is no longer whether AI will change the workplace, but how to prepare their organizations, their people and themselves for what comes next.
To address these questions, HEC Paris Executive Education is launching the Future-Ready Executive Lab, a new executive forum bringing together senior decision-makers, leading researchers and influential thinkers around the defining forces reshaping business and society.
Each edition of the Lab will focus on a major strategic challenge facing organizations today.
The inaugural edition explores one of the most pressing questions for executive teams, HR leaders and learning professionals: AI & the Future of Work.
On 27 November 2026, more than one hundred senior executives, CHROs, CLOs, L&D leaders, transformation executives and business decision-makers will gather in Paris to explore how AI is redefining organizations, leadership and workforce capabilities.
Far from a traditional conference, the Future-Ready Executive Lab is designed as an immersive environment where research meets practice, where ideas are tested rather than simply presented, and where meaningful dialogue takes place between faculty and executives facing similar challenges.
Participants will leave with fresh perspectives, actionable insights and a deeper understanding of the opportunities and implications AI creates for their organizations.
Why Attend?
As a CHRO, CLO or business leader, your challenge is not access to information. Every day brings new reports, predictions and opinions about artificial intelligence.
What is increasingly rare is the opportunity to step back from day-to-day demands and engage directly with leading researchers and fellow executives to reflect on the decisions that will shape the future of work.
The Future-Ready Executive Lab has been designed for leaders who want to:
✔️ Understand where AI can create meaningful business value
✔️ Anticipate the implications of AI for talent, skills and workforce transformation
✔️ Explore the leadership capabilities required in an AI-enabled world
✔️ Exchange perspectives with peers facing similar strategic questions
✔️ Access the latest HEC Paris research and expert insights
A Research-Driven Executive Experience
The Lab combines academic excellence, executive learning and collaborative exploration.
Throughout the day, participants will engage directly with HEC Paris faculty and leading experts through simulations, workshops, discussions and peer exchange.
The objective is not simply to learn about AI. It is to understand what AI means for leadership, organizational performance and the future of work.
