Leadership is about so much more than competent management, so we have really enjoyed designing this program to help transform the most capable firefighters and problem solvers into the firelighter leaders that every organization needs to drive change and create value.

Teaching Methods and Assessment Modalities

Pedagogy: The program combines theoretical learning, experiential workshops, role-play simulations, and case study analysis. Participants will be asked to identify and present a critical issue from within their own organization, which will serve as a guiding project throughout the program and be the focus of peer-to-peer learning (collaborative problem-solving).

Assessment: Participants will be invited to prepare a personalized learning matrix along with their own continuous development plan. In addition, their project will be assessed by their peers during the final afternoon of the program.
