Learning methods & evaluations

The program combines diverse and interactive teaching methods, alternating between theory, case studies, exercises, testimonials, and peer-to-peer learning. You will continuously apply the concepts to your own company and sector, ensuring practical relevance throughout the program. Participants will also have the opportunity to present and discuss their individual strategies with professors and peers. Before the start of the program, each participant will be invited to gather information on their company’s current situation, using a preparatory questionnaire sent approximately six weeks in advance.
