The HEC Paris EMBA Ranks #2 Globally in 2025 QS Rankings
The HEC Paris EMBA has climbed from 3rd to 2nd worldwide in the QS EMBA Rankings for 2025, cementing our place as one of the top Executive MBA programs.

Over 200 institutions were assessed this year across nine key indicators, and HEC Paris was ranked second globally, making us the top-ranked EMBA program in the EU.
Leading in Key Metrics
The QS Executive MBA Ranking, known for its meticulous methodology, analyzed 232 programs across 50 countries and synthesized survey responses from 61,005 employers and 48,166 academic nominations using nine key indicators.
The HEC Paris EMBA earned an impressive overall score of 98.4 out of 100, 2.4 points higher than last year’s results.
Evaluation Criteria
The HEC Paris EMBA achieved top scores in the “Career Outcomes,” “Thought Leadership,” and “Employer Reputation” indicator groups.
Career Outcomes scored 97.1 out of 100, reflecting the strong professional impact of the HEC Paris EMBA. This includes metrics like average salary increase and the percentage of graduates promoted within a year of graduation. HEC achieved a perfect 100 out of 100 in the Mean Salary Increase section, underscoring the program’s value and career-advancing power.
The Thought Leadership (93.3/100) indicator assesses global academics' perceptions of institutions demonstrating academic excellence, with experts nominating universities in their field. Each year, approximately 7,000 institutions are evaluated through this QS Academic Reputation indicator, making it one of the most comprehensive evaluations of academic prestige worldwide.
In Employer Reputation, HEC scored 92.7 out of 100. This score is based on feedback from thousands of employers, who were asked to nominate universities that they prefer to recruit graduates from.
Diversity was another area of strength, with HEC earning a perfect 100 out of 100 in the nationalities section, thanks to the consistent representation of over 50 nationalities within our cohorts.
