The HEC Challenge+ program assists creators of innovative projects with high growth potential in developing their business plans and supports them throughout their development. Its educational approach combines training, consulting, and personalized follow-up.

Objectifs du programme
Former les dirigeants de startups et PME au Management stratégique et opérationnel, une condition nécessaire du succès.
Les accompagner tout au long de la formation avec des diagnostics, conseils et suivi personnalisé pour :
Mettre en œuvre le projet innovant / entrepreneurial auprès de partenaires / pilotes afin de tester sa viabilité.
Concevoir un plan d’affaires global, viable, reposant sur des métriques clés, fondé sur l’analyse du terrain, un avantage concurrentiel clair et un modèle économique afin de convaincre les parties prenantes.
Communiquer le projet à un réseau en Afrique composé d’investisseurs, de partenaires ou de décideurs afin de convaincre de la pertinence et de l’attractivité du projet.

Modalités d'évaluation
Chaque participant est accompagné pour amener à terme un projet de création d’entreprise innovante.
Le / Les entrepreneur(s) devront réaliser :
- Un plan d’affaires / business plan
- Un projet entrepreneurial : Production écrite et orale, individuelle et/ou collective / Pitch
- Evaluation des connaissances : quizz
- Un mémorandum d’investissement sur un projet de la promotion
- Evaluations des compétences pour certification
PROGRAM & BENEFITS
- 2 cohorts per year
- 24 days spread over one year (February to November or October to June)
- 8 monthly action-learning seminars
- 5 sessions on the HEC campus, 3 online sessions
- Foundational contributions (HEC professors) and practical insights (coaching + testimonials)
- Diagnostic seminars
- Management: strategy, marketing, finance, HR, etc.
- Intellectual property, investor relations, business development, negotiation, etc.
- Benefit from the teaching of HEC Paris professors
- Create a new operational network, through exchanges between participants, alumni of the CHALLENGE+ club, associated partners, and HEC Paris students
- Validate the concept of your business creation project
- Develop a solid business plan that will enable you to seek funding
- Step out of your daily routine to reflect on and work on your project
- Obtain a label recognized by many stakeholders in business creation: financiers, public organizations, etc.

Who can join
The program is aimed at entrepreneurs with innovative and high-tech projects, specifically those who meet the following criteria:
- Being the initiator of a project (or an already established company) that is innovative in technology or services
- Being a scientist, engineer, self-taught individual, etc.
- Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit
- Leading a business project with high development potential
The program is also accessible to non-project initiators. To be eligible:
- Being a project supporter within an incubation structure
- Being employed by a company whose founders have previously participated in the program

Program Fee
Principal holder: €4,500
The total training cost of €15,000 is reduced to €4,500 thanks to the support of our associated partners.
Co-holder: €1,000
