Launching of the NAOS Lab for Leadership

The major challenges of exceeding planetary boundaries, rising inequalities, and the meteoric rise of artificial intelligence raise profound questions about the future of our economies and our humanity, as well as the way we make decisions, govern, and train those in positions of responsibility. 

With the support of the Jean-Noël Thorel Foundation, HEC Paris is launching the NAOS Lab for Leadership to cultivate, study, and equip a powerful and lucid form of leadership, one rooted in intuition, empathy, courage, critical awareness, and discernment in the face of complexity and uncertainty.
