HEC Paris Startup Launchpad Demo Day 2025: Here are the two winning teams!
HEC Paris Startup Launchpad Demo Day 2025: Here are the two winning teams! After 11 intense weeks of ideation, iteration, and a pure early-stage entrepreneurial adventure, the 2025 cohort of the HEC Paris Startup Launchpad brought their A-game for the program’s grand finale: Demo Day. With energy buzzing through Station F and a crowd of entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and experts, each team had one goal: make their vision stick. Let’s discover the two winning teams...
HEC Paris Startup Launchpad 2025 cohort during the Demo Day at Station F
On Friday April, 4th at the Share Zone in Station F (Paris), 10 finalist teams from the HEC Paris Startup Launchpad pitched their projects in front of a high-caliber jury - comprised of Benoist Grossmann, Managing Partner at Eurazeo, Flore des Robert, Co-founder of La Bonne Brosse, Delphine Colson, Executive Director of the HEC Foundation, and Julien-David Nitlech, Managing Partner at IRIS.
At the end, two teams have been announced as winners: one by the jury members, and the other by the audience.
We are delighted to present the two winning teams of this 2025 edition:
Jury Prize: Siva
What if we gave caregivers their time back? That’s the mission behind Siva, an AI-powered assistant built to handle administrative tasks for healthcare professionals - so they can focus on what truly matters: caring for people.
Co-founders: Ugo Benazra, Samuel Mesguiche & Ruben Weinstein
Audience Prize: Solfair
Switching to green energy shouldn't be hard. Solfair is here to fix that. After going through the Master in Sustainability and Social Innovation of HEC Paris, Solfair’ team has developed a smarter, simplified energy procurement solution, to help SMEs take the leap toward renewables, with less friction and more impact.
Co-founders: Elif Dinç, Pedro Gomes Menezes, Anthony Ferrara & Fynn Fröhlich
Among other prizes, the winners received a 4-month incubation at the Incubateur HEC Paris, opening doors to broader resources, networks, and momentum to take their ventures further.
Congratulations to the entire HEC Paris Startup Launchpad cohort 2025. In just 11 weeks, the teams challenged their assumptions, faced feedback head-on, and turned ideas into something real. That’s the Startup Launchpad spirit.
This Demo Day marked the finish line of the program, but the starting line of each founder’s journey. The road ahead is long, but they’re definitely heading in the right direction.
The two winning teams will have the chance to pitch at Viva Technology in June, the greatest tech & startup event in Europe, to showcase their solutions. (Learn more)
