About the Speaker
Pablo Marcello Baquero is an Assistant Professor at HEC Paris and a Fellow at the Hi! Paris Center on Data Analytics and AI. His research focuses on the intersection of law and technology—particularly AI, blockchain, and innovation law—with an emphasis on fostering inclusive and ethical use of emerging technologies. A member of the Smart Law Hub, he teaches courses on digital assets, tech law, and contract law. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, an LL.M. from Harvard, and has published internationally across Europe, the US, Australia, and Brazil.
